He was at UBS CRO Treasury, CRO Wealth Management Americas and Global Head Market Risk Control for the Investment Bank. Andreas was responsible for the development and execution of the risk management framework for market and liquidity risks, including oversight and control for interest rate, structural FX, liquidity and funding risks. He is an experienced crisis manager during market and business stress events. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:20% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orbit36.com\/our-firm\/#profile-jochen-kaduff\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.orbit36.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Jochen-Kaduff.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4168 size-full\"\/><\/a><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orbit36.com\/our-firm\/#profile-jochen-kaduff\">Dr. Jochen Kaduff<\/a><\/strong> held various senior leadership positions in strategy, finance, risk and front office management and is an experienced change manager. For 6 years, he was the Chief of Staff of the Group Chief Financial Officer at UBS and lead of a program for front-to-back digitalization of the credit processes of UBS Switzerland. Prior to this, he worked at Credit Suisse, Bank Vontobel and Julius B\u00e4r. Jochen started his career as consultant and later Associate Partner in the Swiss Office of McKinsey &amp; Co, where he advised financial institutions on strategy, organization, cost excellence and risk &amp; distressed asset management. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:20% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orbit36.com\/our-firm\/#profile-daniele-ferraro\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.orbit36.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Daniele-Ferraro.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4171 size-full\"\/><\/a><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orbit36.com\/our-firm\/#profile-daniele-ferraro\">Daniele Ferraro<\/a> <\/strong>is an experienced senior liquidity portfolio manager and securities trader. For 10 years, he was Head of the Liquidity Reserve at UBS globally. In his role, he was responsible for the management of the regulatory portfolios across all legal entities and regions. In addition, he contributed to the optimization of the financial resources and risk management across the various areas within Group Treasury\u2019s mandate: funding, the banking book, and the regulatory portfolios. Prior to that, he held several trading and investment roles within UBS Investment Bank and across different asset classes. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, Kredietbank Suisse SA and the Banque Suisse de Cr\u00e9dit et de D\u00e9p\u00f4ts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:20% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orbit36.com\/our-firm\/#profile-ugo-lagrotta\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.orbit36.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/ugo_lagrotta.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4174 size-full\"\/><\/a><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orbit36.com\/our-firm\/#profile-ugo-lagrotta\">Ugo Lagrotta<\/a> <\/strong>is a professional with vast experience in financial risk management covering multiple asset classes. He led the trading team which managed the structural FX exposure in Treasury ALM and he managed the counterparty exposure for the UBS Investment Bank. Among others, he implemented the Credit Valuation Adjustment (CVA) framework and CDS hedging capability in line with the regulatory framework.
